* All new frontpage articles will default to top.  To push an article down, you must be a "Manager," who has access to the administrative panel for managing the website.  Go to the admin panel link, and log in with the manager account.

Once you have logged in, go to "Content" >> "Content by Section" >> "Church Articles" >> "Church Articles Items,"  and locate the article whose position on the front page you wish to modify.  Click the article title and examine the Publishing tab to the right.

Halfway down from the "Publishing Info" tab, there is the field Override Created Date, with a date field to the right.  By default, the most recent articles are published to the top of the front page, to push an article down, you would change the created date to be before the article beneath it.

When you click the Save icon, the article will immediately be published to the front page of the website.
