Page 1 of 3 This tutorial goes through the process for preparing an article to be published to the front page. You need to have been promoted to "Publisher" in order to go through and complete this tutorial, click HERE if you aren't sure what a Publisher is. Let's begin. As mentioned above, you need to be a Publisher in order to complete this tutorial. Login as yourself, and under "User Menu" click "Submit Article". Type in a title, which will appear as the title for your frontpage article. Select category Drafts, and change to Review when complete. For regularly appearing articles, such as the weekly sermon article, use the category "Sermons." Type in a short paragraph describing your article in the first field, Intro Text. This is the paragraph appearing in the front page. If you type in the following field, "Main Text," the text will only appear when clicking the "Read More" link. Every frontpage article has a frontpage icon. Place your cursor at the very beginning of "Intro Text." Then scroll down to the bottom of the intro text field, and click "insert image" so that the "mosimage" code appears before any text. |
