Christine Lee

 Christine grew up in Maryland as the daughter of a pastor and followed her father’s footsteps into ministry. She attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and went on to study her M.Div. and Th.M. at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She spent a year and a half in Bangkok as a short-term missionary with the Thailand Evangelical Seminary. In 1999 she returned to the States where she joined staff with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, first at the University of Chicago and then Columbia University after getting married to Jimmy Lee in 2002. Last year, she stepped down from staff to take a personal sabbatical. Currently she lives in Harlem and enjoys reading, writing, playing the guitar, eating good Indian food, and beating her husband at Scrabble.
